Whilst online your information is safeguarded using data encryption using https and whilst offline, we utlise Firewall and IDS for network protection, have AV installed on servers, conduct scheduled updates to the servers and conduct bi-annual vulnerability assessments on all servers. Therefore, where we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way to ensure that your personal information is safeguarded. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

It is our policy that if any of our clients are victims of unauthorised access to their data provided on the Site, we will cover any resulting direct financial loss which the client may suffer, provided that the client has not breached our security procedures.
